Domus Noctis accepts returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with consumer protection regulations and Klarna requirements.
To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Made-to-Order Pieces
Most Domus Noctis tiles and mosaics are made to order.
These pieces may be returned for a full refund only if they are:
unused
uninstalled
undamaged
returned within 14 days of delivery
Because each piece is crafted by hand, subtle variations in shade, tone, and texture are part of the process and are not considered faults.
Sample Tiles
Sample tiles may be returned within 14 days for a full refund, or their cost may be deducted from your final order.
Faults & Damages
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Reason for return
We will provide return instructions and a return authorisation reference.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned item.
If you paid using Klarna, Domus Noctis will notify Klarna automatically once your refund has been issued, and Klarna will update your payment schedule accordingly.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or an error was made by Domus Noctis.
