Domus Noctis — Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made directly through the Domus Noctis website.
Please read it in conjunction with our Returns Policy, Refund Policy, and Terms of Service.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
International shipping will be introduced in the future.

2. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 5 working days samples only. 

For full features, this can be from 3 weeks. Please see our process policy
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will notify you if delays occur.

Made-to-order or bespoke items may require additional lead time. Any extended timeframe will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 working days

  • Express Delivery (if selected): 1–2 working days

Delivery estimates may vary due to courier availability, seasonal demand, or external conditions beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Order size

  • Delivery location

  • Shipping method chosen

Any promotional or complimentary shipping thresholds will be displayed when applicable.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email

  • Tracking information (where available)

  • Courier details

  • An estimated delivery window

If tracking is not offered for your chosen shipping method, this will be indicated at checkout.

6. Packaging & Handling

All Domus Noctis pieces are packaged with care using protective materials suited to ceramic and fragile items.
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely and in excellent condition.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the issue

  • A brief description of the fault

We will arrange a replacement or a suitable remedy in accordance with UK consumer law.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Addresses

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.
Domus Noctis cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays

  • Lost parcels

  • Additional courier fees

resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned to us due to addressing errors, re-delivery charges may apply.

9. Failed Deliveries and Re-Attempts

If a courier attempts delivery and is unable to complete it:

  • They may leave a calling card

  • They may attempt redelivery

  • They may request collection from a local depot

If a parcel is returned to Domus Noctis due to repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.

10. Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items

Where applicable, estimated production or dispatch timelines will be stated on the product page.
Once completed, these items follow the delivery timeframes outlined above.
