Imp is the mischief that old houses never speak of but always remember. Unlike the solemn guardians that hold their positions in silence, he leans forward with a knowing grin, shoulders pushing through the arc of his wings as if he has slipped from his perch to greet whoever dares to look too closely.
Both hands anchor him, claws wrapped with intent, yet nothing about him feels threatening. His expression is too alive, too sly, too aware of the space he occupies. The detailing across his brow catches the light in fractured strokes, giving the impression of thought—of a creature that enjoys being seen and enjoys even more the suspicion that he might move.
In monochrome, the smile becomes sharper: a crease of personality carved into the shadows. He is the outlier in the Gargoyle house, the one who bends the rules, the one who reminds the others that guardianship is not only vigilance but presence.
Imp is not here to watch.
Imp is here to unsettle—softly, playfully, deliberately.
